Terms & Conditions
Last updated 28 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the sale of products by Yum Yum Art ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About us
Yum Yum Art
[Your registered business address, United Kingdom]
Email: hello@yumyumart.co.uk
2. Products
Our work consists of original artwork and fine-art prints. Each piece is made and finished by hand, so slight variations in colour, tone and finish are part of their character and are not faults. Product images are as accurate as we can make them, but colours may appear differently on different screens.
3. Orders & contract
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
- All orders are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil your order we will let you know and refund any payment in full.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where an item has been mispriced or is unavailable. In that case we will refund you in full.
4. Prices & payment
- All prices are set and charged in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, include VAT.
- Prices may be displayed in another currency for convenience. Those figures are an approximate guide only: the amount you actually pay is charged in GBP, and your bank or card provider sets the final converted amount and may add its own fees.
- Delivery cost depends on the destination and the weight of your order, and is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Any promotional or discount code is subject to its own conditions, may be withdrawn at any time, and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated.
5. Delivery
Delivery timescales, costs and areas are set out in our Delivery & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Cancellations & returns
As a consumer buying online you have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and faulty-goods rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details, timescales and the process are in our Delivery & Returns Policy. Please note that items made to order or personalised to your specification may be exempt from the standard cancellation right, except where faulty.
7. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as you are buying as a consumer. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
8. Intellectual property
All artwork, images and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Yum Yum Art. Buying a piece gives you ownership of that physical item only — it does not transfer copyright or any right to reproduce, resell commercially, or distribute the artwork.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
